July 10, 2017 - August 17, 2017 (6 weeks) on Monday through Thursday
Our first Goal is to make each player technically proficient at the highest levels of the game through repetition:
Striking the ball with laces to goal
Finishing with the intention of deception and placement
Crossing the ball with intention
Finishing from crossing
Driving the ball with laces for a pass
Dribbling with speed to create space
Dribbling with deception to create space
Receiving ball to move away from pressure
Passing with accuracy to proper foot
Our Second Goal is to make each player more aware of tactical situations through their technical decisions with video:
On Rain days we will have video in the clubhouse to study and if not enough rain days occur we will add this on a semi regular basis. Video will be used from players games and professional games.
Our Third Goal is to make each player more balanced, explosive and stronger:
We will implement TRX and SAQ into our daily/weekly routines:
The physical periodization will incorporate:
TRX and bodyweight training to develop core strength
Yoga and mobility training to facilitate injury prevention
SAQ plyometrics to develop explosiveness.
All integrated to minimize risk of injury/overtraining and optimally develop athleticism.
July 10-August 17 (6 weeks)
M/W or T/Th - $300 per option
M-Th - $500 for all four days
USSDA Coaching staff will be running this program.
