This class is focused on overall functional strength with an emphasis on strengthening important core muscles, improving hip and thoracic mobility, flexibility, and improving your overall fitness levels by utilizing TRX trainers, mini bands, battle ropes, kettle bells, monster bands, and learning how to use our own body's in a functional manner to improve movement and overall strength.
